Q: Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
A: Most of our designs are hypoallergenic and crafted to be gentle on sensitive skin. Please refer to each product description for specific material details or contact us if you have concerns about allergies.


Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to hygiene and quality standards, returns and exchanges are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or defective. Should this occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a prompt resolution.


Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our pieces typically ship within 1–3 Business Days after your order is processed. Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 7–14 Business Days

  • United States: 7–12 Business Days

  • Everywhere else: 10-20 Business Days
