At Obsidian Atelier, your satisfaction is our priority. Each piece is meticulously crafted and inspected to ensure it meets our exacting standards of quality and design. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only in the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email our customer care team at info.obsidianatelier@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or arranging a replacement.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost once your return is received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Sale or clearance items
